Zion’s background includes the CNE, ribfests, the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, the One of a Kind Show, weddings and corporate events for Walmart and hospitals. His experience covers the full operation: planning, ordering, staffing, setup, service, problem-solving and teardown.
